Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Forward calls to the right people courteously and relay messages accurately.
  • Welcome walk-in guests with greetings as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable all the time.
  • Perform clerical receptionist duties such filing, data entry and sorting daily calls / mails / deliveries.
  • Undertake other administrative assignments as and when required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Possess good working attitude, warm personality with cheerful disposition.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Multi-lingual skills preferred especially good command of both written and spoken in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in fare and ticketing assignments as and when required.
  • Devise and present marketing ideas and strategies.
  • Compile and distribute financial and statistical information.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing products and business development strategies.
  • Assist in fare and ticketing assignments as and when required.
  • Assist with any other assignments as and when required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience preferred.
  • Knowledge in Fares & Ticketing is preferred.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Computer literate in MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, target oriented and independent.
  • People oriented with warm and cheerful disposition.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute the individual Digital related functions including i.e. application / software project management and quality assurance.
  • Assist in the preparation of relevant report and analysis of project risks and issues.
  • Assist in mitigating conflict and problem solving.
  • Provide administrative and implementation support to the function, with some basic decision making.
  • Assist in quality assurance for specific digital products.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a degree holder in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Preferably one (1) year of working experience in Technology Project Management.
  • Good stakeholder and people management skills facing internal clients.
  • Experience working in the Travel industry is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of microservices and RESTFUL APIs is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all daily accounting transactions are processed completely, accurately and timely.
  • To support and maintain Receivable and Payable records of business unit assigned.
  • Provide coordination and communication support to the Department, whenever necessary.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior as and when needed.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a diploma holder in relevant field.

  • Basic understanding of accounting regulations in Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle airlines reservation & ticketing.
  • Handle tour enquiries and reservation, including hotel accommodation, all ground arrangement and other related tasks.
  • Maintain good relationship with clients.
  • Perform related duties as required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year related working experience.
  • Minimum SPM / STPM or Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management.
  • Knowledge of flight reservation system is an advantage.
  • Computer literate in MS Office applications.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Good initiative, hardworking, committed and able to multi-task.
  • Based in Bukit Jalil Pavilion 2 Office.

Job Responsibilities:

Daily operation work includes:-

  • Budget management and ensure that profit and expenses are achieved as per plan.
  • Working on proposal and pitching for event as when required.
  • WIP meeting client.
  • Supplier management and coordination e.g. hotels, restaurants, airlines, tour operators etc.
  • Hands on in making sure event is well executed from pre-event, during on-site until post event.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
  • Computer literate in MS Office applications.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English.
  • Able to read and write in Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Good presentation, communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, excellent customer service, good team player, committed and able to multi task.
  • Willing to travel domestic and internationally for on-site events.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate new accounts / sales to meet the monthly sales target.
  • Prepare quotation / proposal / presentation to corporate clients.
  • Initiate client visits to build up customer rapport and maintain good relationships.
  • Assisting the Head of Sales for all sales department related tasks.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ SPM /STPM or equivalent.
  • Preferably with airlines/hospitality/service industries background/experiences.
  • Candidate must be passionate in seeking new clients/sales.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
  • Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
